Tetrahydrofuran (109-99-9)

This product is an organic solvent with excellent performance, which is widely used because of THFs characteristics such as fast dissolution speed and good penetration and diffusion to the surface and inside of resin. Tetrahydrofuran (109-99-9) is used as solvent in format reaction, polymerization reaction, LiAlH4 reduction condensation reaction and esterification reaction. Dissolution of polyvinyl chloride, polyvinylidene chloride and their copolymers gives low-viscosity solutions, which are often used in the manufacture of surface coatings, protective coatings, adhesives and films.
